The project involved constructing a modern, energy efficient electrical infrastructure from intake to distribution, ready for future CAT A/CAT B tenant fit out.


Scope of Works


• LV intake and main switchgear installation

• Rising busbar systems and sub mains distribution

• Full containment: tray, basket, trunking, conduit

• Shell & core lighting and emergency lighting to BS 5266

• External and architectural feature lighting

• Small power to landlord areas

• Fire alarm installation and landlord interface

• Earthing and bonding throughout

• Builders’ work in connection with electrical services

• Full testing, inspection, and NICEIC certification
